F.A.I.T.H. Riders Ministry

img Through the ministry of F.A.I.T.H. Riders, bikers and others are learning about Jesus Christ and receiving His awesome gift of salvation and eternal life in Heaven with Him. The Bartlesville Southern chapter of F.A.I.T.H. Riders was commissioned on February 17th, 2008 during the 10:30AM worship service. BSBC Updates

     
  • Missions Highlights
    • ** We have 2 of our guys (Clayton Thompson and Bart Williams) on a small mission team near Salmon Idaho (Sept 1-9). This team from our association is helping a new church start by clearing the land for a future building site. Pray for Clayton, Bart and their team.
    ** Pakistani flooding crisis -- we have unique prayer and ministry opportunities through Strategic World Impact (Kevin Turner) and Baptist Global Relief (SBC) to see the love of God shared with millions of unbelievers who are being affected by the flooding.
     
  • Youth Pastor Search Team
    • We have spent several weeks praying that the Lord will show Himself in the student ministry transition. It is time to select a search team for a new youth pastor. On Wednesday, September 8, youth and youth workers will choose their representatives during the OverFlow youth service. On Sunday, September 12 (6 pm service), the rest of the church will be able to select 3 more adults to be on the youth pastor search team. Be praying, be present.
     
  • Sunday Nights at BSBC at 6 PM
    • September 12 -- BSBCKids! Choirs start -- leading all the way to Christmas music program (elementary choir and preschool choir)
    September 12 -- Zimbabwe mission team report and youth pastor search team selection
    September 19 -- Youth start Life Group Bible Studies (6-7 weeks). Sign up sheets are in LifeHouse
    September 19 -- Teacher/leader/worker training for small groups (Sunday School, etc)
    September 26 -- Adults will start Biblical Worldview / apologetics study, using "Answers in Genesis" material.
     
  • BSBC Workday
    • Saturday, September 11, starting at 7 am. We need people to come and help out as they can. Plenty of items to be done on the BSBC grounds. Questions? -- ask Steve Cabler.
     
  • NOTE: 10/10/10 -- a "perfect day"
    • We will celebrate that day with a Big Serve Sunday. More details coming later.
     
  • Who will reach the lost?
