Our next series begins on Feb. 14th: Facing the Unknown. A timely theme in the life of our church! We'll be challenged as we examine the life and faith of Abraham placed in a modern day setting. For all adults; sign up deadline is Jan. 31st.

Praying, giving, and going; here, there, and everywhere. Everyone can participate in missions at BSBC in some way. In 2009, BSBC has some unique opportunities for you to share in the blessings of serving on mission. F.A.I.T.H. Riders Ministry
Through the ministry of F.A.I.T.H. Riders, bikers and others are learning about Jesus Christ and receiving His awesome gift of salvation and eternal life in Heaven with Him. The Bartlesville Southern chapter of F.A.I.T.H. Riders was commissioned on February 17th, 2008 during the 10:30AM worship service. - Missions Highlights ... ** Associational Disaster Relief Chainsaw team in Lawton area this week -- BSBC is represented by: Steve Cabler, Brad Glock, Jim Griffin, Jeff Harris, Doug Ray. Pray for them as they minister to people in Jesus' name!
- My316.com ... If you did not get your prayer card last Sunday, find them on the table in the foyer. God loves lost people, we love lost people, and we are committing to pray regularly and diligently for our lost friends and family. More about My316.com in the coming days and weeks.
- "Night of Praise" event, Friday, Feb 12th ... Sponsored by the state BGCO men's and women's ministry at FBC, Tulsa starting at 7:00pm ... a time of praise and worship, and of course fellowship. See more info at www.bgco.org and follow "Night of Praise" link. Ladies and Men are invited to go. BSBC vans will leave at 5:45pm... or if you are welcome to follow in your own vehicle. Please call church office if you want your name on the van transport list.

- Who will reach the lost? ... Each of us has the privilege and responsibility to do what it takes to reach the lost -- our family friends, co-workers, classmates. BSBC can grow by 100% if each of us bring a lost friend to the Lord. The Christmas season and the new year are great times to bring someone. Who are you bringing to Jesus?
** Washington-Osage Falls Creek Cabin Refurbish Project
Our associational cabin at Falls Creek has a special place in BSBC life. We want to do our part in helping to give the cabin a makeover. Other churches will be doing their parts. We need two BSBC mission teams; we will go to Falls Creek and work. Can you do it, even if just part of the weeks listed below?
First Team: February 22-25 (Semi-Skilled Labor Needed)
Frame, Sheet Rock, Window Install, Cabinet Install, Misc Trim and Install
Second Team: March 15-18 (Spring Break)
Paint, Paint, Paint

** Haiti Relief efforts -- among many other agencies, pray for our SBC Disaster Relief teams. In near future, Strategic World Impact (Kevin T.) will take a team also.
In midst of every other kind of Super Bowl ad, this one is receiving plenty of opposition. Pray that the Lord will use this great pro-life, pro-family message to reach millions of people during the Super Bowl!!
